With a patented "tube within a tube" construction inspired by aircraft engineering, it offers exceptional resistance to fatigue and mechanical damage. The outer tube is made from 7010-T73 aluminum alloy, which is anodized for corrosion resistance, while the inner tube is crafted from ultra-high-strength 7010-T6 aluminum with hard anodization to minimize wear from controls and grips. Rubber seals at the joint provide added protection by keeping out water and cleaning fluids. The handlebar features a large 1-1/8" (28.6mm) diameter and integrates a laser-etched positioning grid for precise setup. It boasts dimensions optimized for motocross performance, including a width of 816mm, height of 85mm, rise of 43mm, clamp area width of 95mm, sweep of 41mm, and control length of 179mm. A bar pad is included for added safety. Designed to withstand the toughest impacts, the Twinwall handlebar remains a top choice for professional riders and championship contenders worldwide.   1. The wrong parts were sent, but Brian at Star Cycle corrected the mistake and sent more parts. I can't say that the newly sent parts will be the correct ones but I believe they will be.
