Arrived quickly and as described, new in package. Good value, appear to be of decent quality. Initially had a non-functioning issue. I contacted seller who responded promptly, suggesting I check the polarity. After reinserting bulbs with proper polarity orientation, they work great. Quite bright, illuminating the road very well.
