The auction pic is offical from Neca but the figure I recieved looks like a bootleg. The paint is completely different than the auction pics and the plastic is soft and shiny. The plastic insert is thinner than official Neca. It had twist ties instead of clear rubber holding it in. And all the accessories were taped into place.
