First of all I live in Texas so it came super fast! It was clean and didn't have any bad odors or torn package at all. Came neatly folded and was even better than I was expecting. I can not tell you how much this means to me as my late friend had one exactly like this and it was lost in a fire so to now be able to think of her again is priceless. I bought this for a daily carry, and I expected it to be pretty small based on the label. When I got it, it was so much larger, which is phenomenal. The zippers are all in good condition, as well as the buckles and the pack itself. Practically brand new, as described. Price wise, it can't be beat - I got it for half off, so it was quite a steal. Shipping was very fair and very fast; I received it within 3 days of buying the item. The packaging was simple but effective. I recommend this seller!
