It should be in VF/NM condition, but unless you are with the CGC as a grader, then this is a subjective matter. YOU BE THE JUDGE, see the scans, I also added the OVERSTREET grading guides for you to read. See the scan of book along with his signatures on the cover. I do see some very light wear on this book, maybe a light ding or spine tic but all pages/staples are intact. This book will each come in a NEW board & bag. I owned a Comic Book/Baseball Card/Coin and collectible shop in Austin Texas back in the 90’s and would go to conventions in Houston, Dallas and other cities to get some of my items signed and this is one example. I have lots more of others in my eBay store, sadly all my Stan Lee are gone. COMICMAGE / CCC COLLECTIBLES HAS BEEN AROUND FOR 40+ YEARS See my store for other comic specials. I also have about 30,000 comics in stock that I have just now started to list. They are from the 1970's thru 1990's from the old shop I had back then. Please feel free to ask questions. From a smoke free environment. This will ship wrapped and stiffly padded in a Gemini Mailer to prevent damage or bending with full tracking.
