  1. The cup itself arrived undamaged and in good condition which I’m very happy about. However, it was sent with its box without further protection which I thought was strange. I would have preferred that the box would’ve been bubblewrapped and sent in a separate box so that the tumbler box itself didn’t dent as I plan to keep it. Despite the dents on the box, I am generally happy that it wasn’t damaged further. Other than that, everything else was fine. Thank you.

  2. The cup came in great condition and was bubble wrapped. The only complaint is the seller did not wrap the box in something to properly secure it during the shipping process.
