The transmission ended up working great. Chuck and Eddies were communicative, and fair in their pricing. I had some concerns about the product that ended up not being an issue, but they were willing to find a solution with me. Thankfully we didnt need to do that. I would purchase from them again. Even thought I had to pay for liftgate service (I totally understand why) it’s still was a good value for the used transmission. Shipping was fast and delivered before the expected date.
Offered a lower amount than listed and seller accepted. Order was packaged well, shipped on time, and arrived a day early. However, it did not arrive as pictured. The part I received had some cosmetic damage on the outside that wasnt shown in the pictures and also was not mentioned in the description of the part. Overall, I give a B+ as it was a seamless transaction and arrived a day early with no hassle but should have been made aware of the cosmetic damage before purchasing.
Five stars, communication was good. There was no real description of the item I bought, just a listing of what it fits and that they test everything before selling. No close up pictures of the mirror painted side or condition, just one of the glass and overall shots of the entire car. When item arrived I see it has two through paint scratches in the silver painted part that were not stated in description. Kind of annoying as I may have booght another.
