The part I ordered came quickly, and was exactly as described. However it was very poorly packaged, just banging around in this big ol box. Fortunately, I really only needed one small actuator lever off the side of the unit, which can't be purchased separately. So, I got what I needed, but y'all should step up your wrapping game when shipping fragile parts.
Fast shipping, and product was as described. One thing I would knock is the packaging. The part I ordered was a computer module. The bare PCB was wrapped in newspaper and stuffed in a cardboard box. Would have preferred if it was at least placed in an ESD bag to protect the electronics.
As described, replaced my blown speaker for this unit and works perfectly fine. Packaging secure however the packing could use a little more padding. Shipping beat the box up but the tape job was durable. Overall a good value compared to other options.
