Seller did not include switch cord that's listed in the ad. Would not even bother to try to correct the issue which is the CORD was NOT included. Let's make it right. Very unprofessional business practices. The item had to be cleaned off form ROACH eggs all over and MICE feces, even in the paper and shipping box.
