I contatcted the seller, seller was excellent.Seller right away made things right by re-shipping the item. I did receive it and seller was a joy to work with.   2. Item arrived in VG condition and was well-packaged. My only concern was the length of time it took to get to me - eleven days from Ontario which I thought was quite long, although Christmas mail would be heavy this time of year. The fact it was sent via a carrier other than Canada Post surprises me. I am not blaming the seller as this would be beyond his control.

  3. I ordered this movie and was accidentally sent the wrong one (Youth In Revolt 😂). I informed the seller. Seller immediately acknowledged the mistake and said the correct movie would arrive in the mail in 2 days. It did. No additional charge. I appreciate them promptly correcting the error. I'm more impressed with that than anything else.
