  1. The book is in excellent condition, better than described. It was listed at a fantastic price! The hardcover book was shipped quickly and arrived safely, in spite of a mylar envelope that was damaged in transit. Please, BooksRun, could you upgrade your packaging to a bubble envelope? Just a suggestion; while I'm at it, how about a cardboard box? I would like to thank you for the easy peel-off sticker on the dustjacket. And I mean that sincerely. This was a perfect transaction; thank you so much!

  3. There had been a mistake and seller shipped a book that was not in the condition described. I contacted seller regarding the issue. Seller responded very quickly and apologized for the mix-up. The seller also gave me the option of receiving a 50% refund or returning the book for a full refund. I opted for the partial refund and keeping the book. It was a very satisfactory solution. Customer service was very prompt, apologetic, and fair. I will purchase from this seller again in the future!
