Vintage Heart Pendant Puffy Hollow Silver (possibly Sterling) 1-1/4 inch. There are no dents or dings. The bottom marks are my attempt to do a scratch test which did result as positive for sterling silver. It is very shiny silver under the scrapes. Possibly sterling silver.
