  3. The product arrived well-packaged, but the Enter key was detached. I was able to reattach it by bending a small piece of plastic, and it now works as expected. The seller likely wasn't aware of the issue, and the product may have come from a pallet return facility. I'm happy with the fast shipping and the convenience of USB-C charging. Despite the minor issue with the key, I still recommend the seller. The item was as described, and the overall value was great.
