This could be the description for a book that has been kept in a warehouse for years, never shelved, thumbed or even opened yet may still be some years old. • Fine (F) New and Unread with Remarkable Dust Jacket. A Fine book approaches the condition of New, but without it being crisp. * Near Fine (NRF): A few small flaws are present Near Fine (FN): The book may have been opened and has no noticeable flaws. • Very Good (VG): A sound and collectible copy with some visible flaws but no tears - on either binding or paper. Any defects should be noted. • Good (G): A worn book that is perfectly readable but not collectible. Describes the average used worn book that has all pages or leaves present.
