The ornament was in really good shape consistent with Pictures in the listing. The seller’s note did mention it was supposed to come with the original box. That must have been a cut and paste error because there was no box. Fortunately we still had the box from our broken original.
it arrived on time. it arrived in great shape. it was packed very well. I recommend this seller to others. it is way cool looking and very nice. I will treasure this teapot for a very long time.
Item was exactly as shown. Packaging could have been better. I am very surprised the ornament did not break in transit considering how it was packed.
