My experience with this seller was good. The item I ordered was exactly as shown and described in the ad. It was shipped promptly and I received it when I was told I would. The box it came in was crushed a little on one side, but the part was not damaged. This of course wasn't the fault of the seller. The item was protected with crumpled up paper.
