If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, the seller might deduct from the refund to cover the loss in the item's value. Items cannot appear washed or used. Items must have original tags. Sanitary lining cannot be removed from an undergarment.Item cannot be altered in any way. Item cannot be stained (dirt, makeup, food, etc I ship everything in the polymailer, mostly without a box! Please keep in mind that if it's something that doesn't fit, it doesn't mean it's defective . If your size XY is from one brand , that is not 100% sure you need the same size from the other brand. Also, the style that really matters . What I mean is the same brand but a different style (what you usually wear). You sometimes need a different size because the shoes have a wider or narrowed toe box. If the shoe box is wider, you feel the shoes one size bigger, maybe . If it's narrowed the opposite.
This was a great transaction. My purchase arrived in great condition, was exactly as described, and was offered at a competitive price. I am very happy! I appreciated that the seller reached out to me voluntarily to be sure I was okay with the described shipping date range before completing the purchase, which I accepted and agreed to, and then the package still arrived even earlier than originally expected - a bonus! Everything was awesome, and I would most definitely recommend this seller.
I have always looked at these shows, but never owned - did not think I could pull them off. They are fabulous & incredibly comfortable. Their arrival could not have been better! They are in “brand new shape” great packaging. Better than as described & awesome value. Seller was great w communicating & v quick turn around to my door. Not one hiccup or misunderstanding. Terrific experience & I love them. Best Patricia Unable to provide Star survey. 5 Stars!
Timea’s Boutique was incredibly helpful with my purchase. I’m pretty new to ordering anything on eBay, and I had to ship it to a location while I was on vacation. She worked closely with me to ensure I received expedited shipping to the right address, and everything went smoothly. I really appreciated the close help up front and quick responses.
