Good, honest seller. To start, this electrical enclosure sale was good/fair from a cost + (free) shipping perspective. When we received the unit it was clear the seller made a measurement mistake. Odd that the electrical industry standard is different... a 3" difference is puzzling from any manufacturer, but unfortunately made huge difference for our application needing to be exact. The seller recognized the mistake, did not require a return (from across the country,) and gave a full refund!
The item arrived as described, and worked well with the standing desk. It looks pretty much like new and the functionality was good. There was a small issue with shipping where it was not shipped on time and I could not get ahold of the seller for a few days (due to snow storm in Tennessee), but eventually they replied and shipped it over without further issue.
I'm really happy with this product — it exactly matches what was described. The quick shipping was an added bonus! I'm very satisfied and will certainly recommend it. It arrived well-packaged and offered excellent value!
