A radiografia toracoabdominal mostrou pneumopatia por inalação, atelectasia e aerocolia. O TOGD mostrou FOT em 6 casos. A traqueoscopia foi efectuada em 8 casos imediatamente antes da cirurgia. O tratamento cirúrgico consistiu no encerramento do FOT com a interposição de uma camada de ar, geralmente pleural. O controlo pós-operatório foi simples em 10 doentes, com um seguimento médio de 5 anos. Três doentes faleceram no pós-operatório por choque sético refratário às medidas de reanimação.ConclusõesQuanto mais precoce for o diagnóstico, mais rápido será o tratamento e menor será a morbilidade. The delivery took way longer than listed though, it was listed to come in a week from purchase, but took a whole month. I had some concerns at first, but communication with the company was top notch and they were very professional and answered most of my questions satisfyingly. Leaving positive feedback because 1) item was packed well & arrived as described 2) seller did give partial refund when subsequent price dropped below org purchase price. 3) communication was quick However, there was a downside to this transaction -item listed as in-stock but ended up waiting nearly a month for them to get it from their distributer then ship it to me (bought June 29th, arrived around July 21). Auction said 12-15 days. Better clarity would have prevented lot of frustration
