The item arrived as advertised. It was missing one of the cover screws from the bottom. I contacted Radwell if they had a scrap unit and could drop one of the small screws in the mail. or tell me the specifications of the screw and I'd source it myself. They wanted me to start a return claim. That's not all that efficient for anyone time or energy wise...
I contacted U.S branch of Cliff Electronic Components. My email got forwarded to the home base in the UK. They gave me the screw specs

UPS is terrible! They got the package to a distribution hub near me, and then according to their tracking, the package had a "Service disruption occurred. / The package will be returned to the sender", and then "We’re sorry this package has experienced a sortation delay. The package has been rerouted to the correct destination."! UPS returned it to the sender! But the seller had great customer service! They sent the package to me via USPS! Outstanding customer service! Great eBay seller!

Extremely well packed to safeguard in shipping, very quick shipping from Hamilton, ON, Canada to Northeastern Ontario, Canada, delays with shipping are to be expected however this was fast. Ordered (10) GE Fanuc IC600FP999 Faceplates and (3) are exactly as pictured and described (7) were older brown ones not like photo. All are of high quality and very good condition, vendor very easy and very professional to deal with. Very professional transaction.
