There is customer service and there are those who rise above and beyond...parts were perfect.... the usps screwed up the delivery but the seller truly showed integrity and even sent a replacement while I waited on the original delivery.   2. Had an issue with shipping but not the seller's fault. With all of the added handling, due to the shipping issue, I expected the packaging and or the hardware to be potentially damaged. I am quite pleased to report that while the packaging did exhibit some minor signs of handling damage, the hardware was in good shape. I attribute that to the seller's attention to proper packaging. I will certainly consider this seller for future purchases.
