Le pratiche agricole sono state analizzate nei diversi tipi di terreni arati, ovvero: onaka (terreni bassi); ombanda (terreni arati situati ai margini degli onaka); ongongos (terreni alti) e nell'otchumbo (cortile) e l'impatto di queste pratiche sulle risorse naturali. La metodologia utilizzata è stata quella dei sondaggi e delle conversazioni semi-strutturate. In totale sono state condotte 131 indagini (72 donne e 59 uomini). I villaggi di Calue e Cambongue sono stati il nostro principale oggetto di studio perché presentavano il quadro peggiore in termini di deforestazione, scarsa copertura del suolo, presenza di burroni e avevano urgente bisogno di un piano di recupero. La maggior parte degli agricoltori intervistati in questi villaggi, pur disponendo di diversi tipi di aratri, sceglie di coltivare negli otchumbos, da un lato perché sono più vicini e facilitano la coltivazione, dall'altro perché beneficiano di condizioni più favorevoli.   1. Like new condition, safe packaging, good communication from seller. Fair price for the quality. Shipping was on time, but tracking information took over a week to receive. The book was as-described with minor cosmetic flaws (indentations in some pages, for example). I wish the listings showed the actual item being sold to you instead of just an accurate stock photo. This edition and appearance of George Orwell's 1984 here is a nice pocket-sized hardcover. I would buy from this shop again.

  2. The two new out-of-print books I ordered were exactly as described and shipped promptly. I did ask the seller's support person (an AI chatbot, I think) to be sure to package the items carefully, and "he" said that he'd make that request of the shipping department. I knew this was hooey, and as I expected, the books were shipped in nothing but a padded paper mailer, no other protection. I got lucky, no damage, but don't bother making special requests of this seller.
