USER MADE SPECIAL PURPOSE PLANE w/UNUSUAL CUTTER-ANTIQUE HAND TOOL. Unusual 3/16" cutter. The cutter is loose, the screw holding doesn't move and I didn't try very hard to break it loose because I wasn't going to use it. From the looks of the slot in the screw others have tried a little harder.
