the seller communicated voluntary and clearly regarding dispatch.It was packed so well I think the frame/forks were impervious to damage ! It The seller delayed posting at my request as I was away at the time. I had been told to expect import taxes, these can be worked out approximately, so I wasn't surprised, and they are very easy to pay. I'm using the forks already in my usual bike,while the previous ones are repaired, they are fab, but havent built up the frame, but everything on functions.
My item, a totoro cherry blossom teapot arrived in less time than estimated. I was supposed to get it the 2nd of December and I got it the 21st. It was packaged in two boxes with bubble wrap and arrived intact. The item was as advertised with the only issue being a weird texture on one side of the teapot, though I believe the item was made like this. I would not hesitate to buy other items from this seller.
