I think I really was blessed on the shipping and the whole deal all together The packaging was great the value was the best and it was just as it was described. In fact when I first picked up that little thing I thought I was getting some extra stuff. Like a street car and a mile worth of track. That sucker weighs a TON . My town is bringing back the street car. I thought well I got mine. I was amazed the shipping wasn’t more. Now I just need the reset knob and I’m good. Great seller.
Great mixer and at very good performance price point. Item matched the ad photo and description perfectly. The shipment was the best packaging I have ever seen. Product was well protected with double wall box and an abundance of bubble wrap NICE WORK and many thanks for this 5-star work! FedEx is FedEx … over commit and under achieve on performance regarding delivery dates.Mixer runs great and was used to make an Angle Food cake on day one and it performed flawlessly.
Sellers that don't have an issues are good, BUT sellers that have an issue due to NO FAULT of their own AND they still correct it are the GREATEST! Had an item damaged during shipping. It was obvious that it was the shippers fault because the packaging was damaged as well. I notified the seller and he immediately offered a replacement and didn't ask me to jump through 15 hoops.
