The vendor sent a quality product. I have no problem with the quality of the product. The problem is is I ordered tail lights that had a red lens. They shipped me the smoke lens. I decided they looked okay so I decided to keep them. I already communicated to them that they had made the mistake. People are human. The thing is, there's somebody out there who probably ordered smoke lens and they got the red ones. How they reacted? I can't say.
All around happy. Super fast shipping, great customer service, as described, perfect condition, easy to install and beautiful! Upon unlock they do a "computer booting up in 90s," kind of sequential pattern upon turn on. The reverse and turn signals the yellow strip also sequential, much more solid of a lamp meaning the colors more vivid than original.
Nice packaging good item as described delivered on time and good value. Unfortunately received faulty unit, returned for a full refund. Good communication from seller throughout.
