  2. I would have given a neutral feedback since fan was missing a part then part was sent out and lost in shipping. Sometimes things don’t always work out as smoothly as they should but seller gave refund so part could be ordered elsewhere and a little more for the inconvenience. Great communication, follow up, and doing the best to rectify as less than optimal transaction. An A+ on integrity !
