NEW Polished Aluminum Hex and 171mm Waffle Plate Conversion Kit for BMW 17x8 BBS RC090 Style 5 Wheels (4) - 1/4 Height Hex Fits 4 Wheels. Buy 1 kit if you want a total of 4 cap conversions. This conversion kit allows for the installation of a polished billet hex nut and paintable billet waffle plate on four OEM BMW E39 Style 5 17" wheel centers. The completed product is very similar to the BBS RS look, as the center hex is mirror polished, the waffle plate is painted (or powdercoated) to match the mesh spokes, and the center emblem chip is either OEM BMW or BBS 3-tab 70mm (no center chip is included). This listing includes the following pieces: Four billet waffle plates, polished, diameter = 169mm (1-2mm less than the stock cap to allow for powder paint thickness). Each waffle weighs 10 ounces . Four mirror polished billet hex nuts with small thread size, 1/4 height (8mm hex height). Fits a 3-tab 70mm BBS center chip. Four billet hex nut collars to install within the center bore of two Style 5 wheel centers. Allows the hex to threaded into the wheel, pinching and securing the waffle plate between the wheel center and the back side of the hex flange. Includes 6 stainless steel set screws (3 per collar). This kit includes all the pieces necessary to convert four RC090 wheels. The lead photo shows the raw and polished pieces you will receive. The BBS gold, silver, and anthracite gray metallic wheels in the photos show finished versions. Care! This is a polished aluminum piece that can be dulled by washing with non-pH balanced cleansers.
