Was kept informed of delivery status every step of the way. Seller provided a way to be contacted if needed. The watch is exactly as pictured and keeps very good time. The only less than perfect aspect was that the carrier didn't bother to leave the pkg at my door, but left it in the bushes near my door; almost didn't see it there.
