It was a normal transaction with seller being very prompt to ship after my quick payment. Problem was USPS with NO FAULT being with the seller. It was shipped on the 23rd of Aug, from the west coast, took five days to get to the east coast, then took 12 days (one of them being a Holiday) to travel around Florida to finally being delivered on the 8th of Sept. Thank goodness the seller packaged the laptop and power adapter extremely well as there was NO damage. Works perfectly, will buy again! A+
This item tho it was used was in mint condition like it's never been used! What a good deal! Was packed with extra care given to each part so it wouldn't get damaged. Thank you for that! Always wanted a red one. Good delivery time. Highly recommend this seller!
Item arrived as described but it was actually in better condition than stated! This laptop looks barely used. Batteries are in excellent condition according to the Dell bios. I am very impressed! What a great seller!!!
