Giving a positive for this NEC Code Book, but with reservation. The ad said "spiral bound" and the picture showed "spiral bound", and that is what I wanted. I actually got a standard softback binding. Not what I wanted, but it does get the job done and is not worth the trouble of trying to replace it. Still, I'll be cautious about buying from these folks again. Quick shipping, though, and adequately packaged.
