The first Cooler I received contained some deficiencies that were clearly an oversight during assembly. However, upon contacting Pelham Equipment, there was an immediate response to the issue. They communicated with the Mfr. and shipped an exchange unit the next day. Back and forth communication was excellent. They forwarded a pre-paid return label for the unit I had in hand. Very Professional. Yes. I would do business with Pelham Equipment again.
The item was listed as a direct replacement for the part i needed on my saw, but when i received it, the filter was slightly too small so it wouldnt fit properly around base of filter housing which is necessary for a good seal. Luckily the seller was excellent and promptly offered a return and refund. Good ebayer
Great quality and super-fast shipping! The value of this seller can't be beat. The starter was $400 less than the OEM and appears to be the same quality. This is the only place I could find the starter other than from Kubota. Excellent communication and support.
