Very nice clean condition with no rips stains or tears but it does have a few small pin holes on the back. This is from a smoke free home. See pictures for condition and rough measurements.   1. Item arrived in good shape, in a reasonable time-frame and the initial cost was competitive. However, even though the item was advertised as free standard shipping, it arrived with a postage due of $6.67, almost like a de minimus tariff for foreign purchases even though the Seller is domestic. First time in 600 Items I have ever had a postage due but I assume the Seller was unaware of this, so this review is positive but the end cost was higher than expected for some reason.
