Rather than have to replace the entire vacuum, I was thrilled to find a replacement part of the foot assembly! MrVakUSA was so great to work with and the price was right. Such a great value. It was well packaged and arrived right on time. I would work with MrVakUSA again.
Order was processed, shipped and received in a timely manner. Item was exactly as advertised. Shipping costs of $8.85 seems to be excessive for a 4 oz. package, however, other than that I recommend this seller for purchases.
