Arrived in perfect condition with no damages to my order. And the manual ice shaver works perfectly as stated. The overall appearance is beautiful and matches the images provided in the listing. The seller is very nice too, and promptly assured me if there are any problems with my order (none to avail, bravo to the seller) to let them know so they can swiftly fix the issue. You only have to use some muscle to manually push the ice when it gets stuck (but works great). Overall, worth it.
I received my item so broken to bits from its travels ( this was a postal problem not the cause of the seller ) so I sent pictures of the damages to the seller & they gave me an option to refund or resend anew item .. sense the damage wasn’t from the seller I asked for a resent item . It just arrived just as fast as the first one had & totally in perfect condition . I am giving give stars not just for the great item & price but 5 stars plus for the fantastic seller
The seller shipped the wrong item to me. I notified them of the error and they quickly got back to me and offered a refund or the original item I purchased. I elected the original item of purchase and they shipped it to me and told me to keep the first item which was I did not order. All in all they made everything right and it did take a few extra days but, I am satisfied.
