Motor Controller Question: In order to reduce the unnecessary trouble,it is worth reading the following contents. Dear customer : Mayebe you find that our controller Model No is the same with your old one , and want to buy it to repair your vehicle , but it can not work well on your vehicle when you get it . How is it happen? How to solve the problem? You need to know some basic information: 1: All of AC/DC motor controller need to set some matched parameters according to your vehicle , like as : Battery voltage , Throttle type , Speed encode type etc.... , or else , your vehicle will can not work well . 2: We posted standard controller wiring diagrams on "Product Description" , but it will be changed with different vehicle dispositions, Example: Curtis 1243-4xxx , Throttle output is 0-5V , we should connect the throttle singal to Pin 6 ,and set the Thrttle Type to 2 . Throttle output is 5K-0 ohm, we should connect the throttle singal to Pin 6 and Pin 7, and set the Throttle Type to 1. 3: When you want to purchase a motor controller, please check Battery Voltage , Throttle Type and other information you known , and tell me to set parameters . Of cause , If you have Curtis 1311,1313,1309 interface box ,ZAPI FC2009B ,ZAPI FC2463 ,For Universal Motor controller , Everythings just wonderful . But if your motor controller is a OEM products of Heli ,Hangcha, EZGO,BT.... ,Maybe these programming unit onl can set / read partial parameters.
