Item was new as described but the overall transaction took 15 days for the item to arrive. The seller was contacted after 9 days of radio silence with no response and it finally took the opening of an 'item not received' case for a tracking number to be provided and the item to be shipped. When the item did arrive, it was clearly drop shipped from another company in a different part of the county. Bottom line: the price was great & the item did eventually arrive after testing my patience.
The part was supposed to ship within 4 days. 7 days after I ordered I still had received no shipping information or update, so I contacted the seller. They apologized and had the label generated and the part in the mail within a few hours and it arrived within 3 days. The part itself is good quality and as advertised. I would still recommend this seller, just not if you need the part urgently.
The item arrive 6 days after ordered in the US. The hose appears to be of decent quality. The picture/information represented in the ad about the item was inaccurate, however. The ends were represented to be male where one was male and the other is female. Another piece has to be ordered to make the hose work. Vendor otherwise was good to work with.
