I returned these items because I was surprised by how small they were. I think that if I'd examined the listing more carefully I'd have found information in it somewhere indicating that they were only 3 inches long. But because I was focused on price I didn't perform due diligence and so was caught by surprise when the actual product arrived. The transaction was otherwise fine, and the seller is reliable and honest, seeing as they are willing to accept a return on this product.
The item is great! Really happy with the price and quality and that it matches the description. The item matches the description in new condition. My only critique is that the listing said it would be shipped through UPS, but I received a tracking number from Aquiline which then was delivered by Amazon. Clearly a third party that places your order through Amazon, but I received it two days prior to the delivery date which was great! Overall, great transaction!

You'll get 1 flat clear vacuum packed pouch of bark, Item is noting like what's in the listing pictures show, Forget the listing pictures, think of a flat vacuumed bag with no labels, that's what you'll get.! I think this is to expensive for what your actually getting..!
