They were supposedly pre-owned but look brand new. I normally wear 31 or 32. With Carhartt .These are 33 loose fit but a bit snug. Packaged well, as described. Shipping was slow but it always seems to be domestically. For mysterious reasons, packages shipped from China to CA take less time than from within the U.S. all in all I recommend this seller
