It was new but not sure that it was the exact model that was advertised - it certainly didn't seem to be the item pictured. Tracking info was bogus - not sure about the package that was delivered to the address on the Fedex tracking that was sent to me. I get proof of delivery and that was not my house. The actual package was sent by USPS and had already been delivered. Bottom line for this seller is that they don't seem to be concerned with the details of the transaction.
This was ordered as a replacement for a light from another seller who notified me that a warehouse fire would delay my item's arrival by up to 3+ weeks. I found Good Goods with the same fixture, but they quickly messaged me the lamp was temporarily unavailable. They offered me a different lamp, (too different) then a refund plus a discount for a future purchase! Great Service! Aims to please!
The shipping was good as the item arrived quickly and in good condition. This was a very good value and was exactly as it was described. The packaging was simple but effective. Can't wait to try it. It had to be assembled but that was not difficult.
