This seller jerked me around for a whole week telling me that the tire was shipped He put it on a trailer etc I informed him several times that FedEx has not received the tire according to their tracking information The tire was never received by FedEx and I really needed it for my motorcycle after a week the seller refunded my money which I did not want I wanted the tire shipped to me. This was a big waste of time and sub standard customer service and a unprofessional way to conduct business.
Product is exactly what I ordered. My only comment is your method of Delivery Please review this. The package was delivered on the 2nd day it was stated out for delivery. It was shoved in a snowbank 750' from my front porch or service door to my garage. This could have easily been picked up by anybody going down our rural road. Tried to ask about decals before buying but pre-purchase messages blocked. Bought anyway—great price vs Kawasaki site. Cowling arrived fast, perfectly packed, no damage. Decals missing, contacted seller after purchase, fast & honest reply: they ship separate & currently out of stock.
