Harry Potter Ron Weasley Mug The Sorcerer's Stone 2001 By Enesco 12 oz Rare. Nice Collectible Souvenir Mug!

Rated 4 out of 5

Delighted to have found these beautiful glasses to replace chipped and cracked ones from an identical set that I've had for 50 years. Very reasonably priced and promptly shipped. Seller did a meticulous job of wrapping, padding and packing them for shipment, but Fed Ex was not nearly as careful and managed to shatter one of the four glasses in transit. Seller addressed the problem very promptly and offered a full refund for the shattered one. I'm happily keeping the other three.

I ordered a group of 4 mugs from this seller; They were shipped out and arrived in TWO days--amazing. Even more impressive was how they were packed: They would have survived being dropped from a three-story building! Seller did a phenomenal job all around, from setting a reasonable price, describing items accurately, bullet-proof packing, and super fast shipping; This buyer is very satisfied--four stars; no, five!

Although the item appeared to be carefully packaged and the outer box was undamaged, the item arrived broken. When notified, with photos, the seller issued an immediate and full refund. One cannot ask for better service from a seller. I am happy with the outcome of this transaction.
