Excellent experience. The crystal compote is even lovelier than pictured. The heavy-but-fragile piece was beautifully and meticulously packed for shipping in many feet of bubblewrap, then further cushioned with an abundance of airbags. The sturdy box, well-marked FRAGILE, was received promptly without so much as a damaged corner. Very impressive job by someone who knows how to pack things!
