Beautiful Acrylic display case for ship models in scales from 1:1250, 1:1200, 1:700, 1:600, 1:500, No ship models are included in this sale- display case only. MADE IN USA by Scherbak Ship Models to highest quality and aesthetic standard. Constructed from impact resistant high grade acrylic which is strong and resists yellowing with age. Translucent blue acrylic of the base creates "magic" water effect when light comes through it. Bases are pre-drilled with 2 symmetrical holes and have soft rubber pads in corners Edges and corners are polished and “soft” to touch. SIZE: we designed this case for 1:1250 scale MS THE WORLD and other small cruise ships Inside of clear cover: L 7 1/4”x W 1 3/4” x H 2 1/2” (clearance above the base 2 5/16”). Thickness of the acrylic for clear cover 3/32”. Base - two step translucent blue acrylic 3/16” + 3/16” thick. Two symmetrical 3/16” holes for screws along the central axle of the base, centers of the holes are 4” apart. This case will fit many small-size waterline cruise ship models made by Scherbak in scale 1:1250, like The World, Oceania Insignia etc It will also fit many Van Ryper, Bassett Lowke, Richard Wagner (Riwag) and range of 1:700 scale waterline models made from plastic kits like Tamiya, Hasegawa, Dragon, Trumpeter etc Photos show ship models (not for sale - examples only) that can be fit in this case: THE WORLD 1:1250 scale by Scherbak, Liner CITY OF PANAMA in scale 1:600 by Scherbak, SHIPPING & HANDLING: We ship within 3 business days after payment received .
