This sale is for one USA MADE solid lifter conversion kit. This kit will replace the hydraulic lifters and original pushrods with a solid lifter and aluminum pushrods. You would just remove the pushrod tubes, pushrods and lifters leaving the original tappets. Install the solid lifters, pushrods, pushrod tubes, and adjust the solid lifters.
