Item as described. Packaged well in bubble wrap. Not fault of sellers but usps lost the package it went across the country for whatever reason and back again. Doll is in working order when button pressed. Hair is a bit wonky but what can you expect from a 20yr old toy! Happy with purchase. Good seller.
