I bought two dolls at an amazing price and had fast shipping. One was perfect,the other had a significant big issue that wasnt mentioned in the description. The seller did provide a partial refund. That said,I was disappointed in the customer service~there was no apology or sense of concern for the problem. Overall,the issue was resolved, the price was excellent, but clearer descriptions, accountability, and more attentiveness to customer service would greatly improve the buying experience.
