  1. Item was almost as described in the listing photos and did fit my washer correctly. My only issue was that the part came with a prominent sticker (inventory number?? not in the listing photo) applied to the front of the part with an adhesive residue that was very difficult to remove. Why was this necessary? Makes no sense that such a sticker was placed on the visible surface of the part. Otherwise the shipping was quick and packaging OK. I would recommend the seller aside from this one issue.

  3. Item came as described and packaged well, but the fridge manufacturer's part numbers were not compatible as hoped. So I initiated returned and seller provided tracking. The item was lost in shipment by FedEx during the return. And the seller issued a full refund even though they did not receive the item back. Very happy with the seller who provided a refund and presumably has to work through FedEx shipping insurance to get their money back.
