  1. Purchased a condenser before this one from another seller & it arrived damaged. When looking for another one from a seller near me, to keep from being shuffled from place to place & truck to truck to try and avoid being damaged in shipping. This seller states that they are in Orlando FL. which is by me, but it was shipped from PA. & arrived damaged. Seller eventually allowed returning the condenser. Purchased 3rd one from parts store to avoid another damaged one. Thanks for allowing return.

Package was sent relatively quickly but not the 1 day shipping they advertised on the posting (for Florida) Also failed to answer direct messages for several days until i moved to cancel the order and then they sent the item. Having said that the Turbo did worked well and was well packaged and got here quickly once they shipped it (about 3 days later) Overall I would recommend buying from this seller only if you are not in a rush and don't mind getting your messages ignored.

  3. Rec'd in good condition, fast shipping. I do have a problem though. I listed notes on the order, but when I rec'd product I had the wrong pulley on compressor I noted that I needed a serpentine pulley, but I was shipped incorrectly. I thought they would contact me but they have not as of this message. Thank you. John Schulder
