I appreciate the detail in the ad and the pictures of the washer dispenser motor. Numbers were slightly off from my washing machine part number, but the pictures provided enough detail that it seemed a replacement for mine. Worked great, and I am very happy with the purchase. The dispenser actuator was exactly as described, packaged very well, and shipped fast. Thank you.

Had to return the item due to reasons unrelated but shipping was prompt and the seller was courteous with the return handling. Was packaged well. Looked to be unused item in original packaging. As described. Good value considering how expensive the same item is on LG parts website. Overall buying positive experience, even though this particular item didn't work out.

These people are first class . I jumped the gun on an expensive relay board and my order was processed but about to be shipped and found out the problem with my whirlpool range was a 12$ fuse . They abruptly refunded my card and stopped my order when they really didn’t have to . Great customer service and they answer the phone. 10 out of 10 !
